Sandcastle Bundt Cake

I made a Sandcastle Bundt Cake last week for work.


It seemed to be a big hit at work. I think a few people thought I carved the castle out! Nope! I didn't tell them otherwise. ;) I did make the cake from scratch. You can buy the pan here.

I have that same pan. :) I used it for a "sanded" peanut butter cake.
