I made about 3 of these.
I made less then last year since I'm trying to watch what I consume.
In the middle are cake pops. I made the cake pops with chocolate cake, chocolate frosting and ground up peppermint. Then I dipped them in chocolate almond bark.

Fall Cake Pop's {Part of My Costume}
I made Cake Pops. They lasted only an hour. My students loved these.
The insides are chocolate cake with chocolate frosting.
As you can see I made a lot!

Cake Pops
Bakerella has put out a book on making Cake Pop's. This book will be on my Christmas list.

I've made what I call Cake Ball before. It's using the same method as Bakerella does; I just don't add the sticks, and get as fancy as hers.
Maybe I'll get more fancy over Christmas time.
